Before you give me a call, make sure you read the information on this site about coaching.
It’s important to know that being curious and inspired are key ingredients to a great
coaching relationship. Remember that personal coaching is not therapy, nor is it a cure
all. It’s a partnership between a coach and a client to take your life to the next level.
I start with a sample coaching session, which is thirty minutes and allow time afterwards
for you to ask any questions about myself or about coaching. My goal for the sample
session is that you get to “experience” coaching to see if it’s a fit for you and if we would
be good partners together.
If at this point we both feel that a coaching relationship is a fit then we set up an initial
session. From there we will decide how many times to meet each month to make the
coaching work best for your life.
