About Carol

Carol is a life coach, writer, speaker and facilitator. She is passionate about working with
individuals to create more balance in their lives.  For Carol, living in balance is being
connected to what has the most meaning for you now and discovering how to choose,
moment by moment, to stay connected to it. She is curious about exploring the inner
pace of life versus the cultural pace and how to blend the two to work in harmony for the
individual. Carol spent seventeen years working as an RN that supported her to hone her
ability to listen empathetically and feel gratitude for the moment.    
It is her mission as a coach to create a safe and respectful coaching environment in which
her clients feel inspired and fully listened to so that they can stretch into new ways of
thinking and being. Her coaching style has been described as thoughtful, passionate and
insightful.

Carol has a B.S. in Health Services and an A.D. in Nursing and has been certified in
coaching by Coach Training Alliance and Wellcoaches. She has been studying and
practicing Compassionate Communication for three years and is embarking on a three
year mentorship with Russell Delman. She writes for a number of local papers and keeps
up with her blog regularly.

She stays inspired to move forward every day as she interacts with the primary
relationships in her life now, her husband Mark and her children Phoebe and Jack.
She lives her life with a commitment to communicate compassionately and connect
deeply.  She is always open to new ideas for balancing physical, mental, emotional, and
spiritual health.

Carol’s passion and commitment to her client’s needs and agenda make her a great
partner for individuals who want to discover their personal power to choose the life they
desire most.
